Yea that contract should be interesting, then run my friend as fast as you can, run like the wind and don't look back!

Contracts
I would have the potential customer use the AccuLawn System. This way they can view your estimate immediately along with your terms and conditions and no one wasts time, fuel, man power, etc. It is a very simple way to gain customers. Go to www.acculawnsystems.com to learn more and reserve you zip codes today.

If you really want his business--look over the contract--and charge him more--for the probable risk of additional call backs. Maybe he was abused by his last lawn company. Too may weeds, grubs, crabgrass and not enough green.
If he wants a money back guarantee--why doesn't he go to TruGreen. |

At least get a copy of the contract and post it on here. Might be good for a few laughs.

Costumer contract
You can give instant online quotes using your contract with acculawnsystems.com. Don't get backed in the corner under the clients terms, let the client know that they have to sign up online and agree to your terms before servicing the property. See what the property owner will see at www.acculawncare.com.

Ah, the joys of self employment. I would meet with him also just to see his contract. Most likely, I would end up referring him to someone else that isn't as picky as I. The guy that likes to low ball around town, you know the one I'm thinking of.

If he has money to spend, I'd take a look at it.
If here wasn't anything in it I couldn't deliver or anything I would never do then I'd sign contracts like that all day long. Can't be anything much different than a customer issued commercial contract that we all have signed before.....I assume. I might ask him to sign my contract too....if he's a dick. lol |
