Extended Reach Hedge Trimmers

I'm getting a bit aggrevated/tired of trimming tall overgrown hedges and bushes (esp at forclosures) where I have to manhandle my 23' Little Giant adjustable ladder around. (Love it but it can get heavy and cumbersome and sometimes can't get it behind bushes and whatnot) I currently have a Stihl HS 81 R. Just wanted to find out and see if any of you guys have an extended reach hedge trimmer and how you like it, or what way you get at them. I've been looking at Stihl's HL 100 K. ( with 135 degree cutter head)
