yea average is 55-60ish, I dont mow for anything under $40 as its not worth my time. My highest resi is like $300.

I'll jump in and say thats a 70$ cut, tree-line looks pretty close in the back, so no huge expanse, but of course I'm guessing. Would really look sweet with the angle from the street cut.

how many minutes does that account take you? i can't see you spending more then 20 minutes on that lawn with 2 60" ztr's and a guy trimming. which would put me at 40 on the low side if I can tell the customer is cheap or 55-65 on the high side, if I know they will pay for quality,+15 to any lawn if i have to bag it, which is probably too cheap, but i've only owned a bagger system for 4 days now....btw what do you charge to bag a lawn, like in the fall when your still doing normal mowings.

if i'm not mistaken that lawn you posted a picture of is an average lawn for you in your area of ct correct?
