I also do prodiamine wg out of my ride on. My volume is 1/3 gallon per 1000. I've had good results but like any pre app rain or irrigation is needed.

Just don't leave mix in the tank too long it will settle out

I use a skid to mix mine and to fill my PG.

I know how much 32 ounces is. I just feel like 1/4 gallon per 1k is a little hard to spray pre emergent because of clogging. I have some clogging issues with 1/3 oz tips.

If its mixed properly it won't clog. The PG has screens in the tank and on each nozzle...not sure of other rigs.

It was you just sounded so suprised.

well it only takes 1/2 oz of Barricade per quart i dont see how you would have proublems. Maybe it's some thing your mixing with it.

That is why the machines are spread n spray not spray and spray.

We have some guys doing liquid fert. To do it you have to set the machine to put out more water and carry more water. Spraying 1/2 gal per 1000 sq ft. some have even moved up to one gallon per 1000 sq ft.
