I-Core screen size vs Pro-C
I am going to be replacing a controller at an older person's house and generally use the Pro-C but some older customers have mentioned the screen is hard to make out due to the small size. I asked my dealer over the phone if the I-Core had a bigger screen and they said yes but not much. For those of you who have used both of these is the I-Core screen larger enough to make a difference for someone with iffy eyesight? I don't have a dealer close to me to see for myself.

Besides being backlit, the display is like the old dot-matrix layouts, so no tiny icons.

Illuminated screen is a nice feature. I installed one for an older person and was able to adjust the screen contrast so they could see it better.

I use a Rainbird SSP for select blue hairs. If they don't have an email address(computer illiterate), they usually get an SSP rather than an ESP. It is so easy for them to understand, I never get any call backs.
It does not have some of the advanced features of the ESP though. |
