I meant the BG is only power forward..sure you can pull it backwards. But then you've only got self propel half the time, and walking backwards isn't something we do a lot in daily life, so your leg muscles aren't developed for it. I don't even load my 10HP Billy Goat anymore since I got a Husky 580. I do have a couple of large heavily treed properties where it added about a half hour to my times, but strangely enough I'm less tired carrying a 25 pound blower than pushing/pulling a 150 pound wheel blower...I never huff and buff with a backpack the way I do with a wheel blower. I guess it depends on terrain a lot and how firm a lawn is, and the new BGs do come with larger wheels.
