You are right I only answered the question of how to do a 1 to 6 reduction Pulley. The real question is how to engineer a Roller Pump to a Honda engine. What I missed asking was the HP of the engine and the Horse power requirement and RPM of the Pump.

BTW most PTO I am familar with are rated at 540 RPM.

Be careful when selecting a pump because some Roller Bearing pumps are made to connect directly to the Motor. Also watch the direction of the shaft rotation. Most Roller Pumps can be converted to run either Direction. See the pump instruction sheet.

Yep That was more of a Presidential Solution than great Engineering. I afraid I am not much of a Roller Bearing Pumps.
