in 2010 we made policy debit/ credit card payments only (for new clients)...we run cards at the time of service...no billing/collecting time wasted....we have had zero problems/ complaints with it from clients...its actually helped us weed out the bad clients to some extent..we also offer a discount for pre paying 12 months in advance the 13th is free...about 6-7% of clients take advantage of this...we almost always make it back on their mulch/flowers/ect. Can you elaborate? What do you mean by "we run cards at the time of service"?
Do you physically swipe a card for each lawn you cut, as you cut them?
Do you keep their info on file and charge as you go?
