Snow Blower Shaft Size Confirmation Needed

Well guys we need a new engine for one of our snow blowers... I know i Know.. Its a chinese POS but we broke the carb holding bolt clear off... And i rather have a new motor on this snow blower. I had a few pictures taken but is this shaft really 3-7/16?!??!?! Thats what one of the guys said it was... If so where is a good place to get a replacement one at? I cant really say i've ever seen a shaft that was 3" 7/16...

I get 3 14/32".
