YES! you need a business license in each city you work in, the key here is "CITY" not county. I have accounts in Greenville city limits and therefore am required to have a business license, Again, each city requires it's own license, IE: Mauldin is a city within Greenville county and I am required to also have a business license for them as well.

You will need to register your company with the state. Google SC business one stop. You will find all the info you need there and can apply online.

Mostly Kershaw county and northeast Columbia. Every now and then ill do some cleanups and small landscaping jobs downtown Columbia but that's as far as ill go. It's cut throat in this area with all the mow blow and go guys around
