Valve adjustment

My kawasaki fb460v is refusing to start. So far it sound like I need to adjust the clearance on the intake/exhaust valve, problem is I can't find where to adjust them.

You don't " adjust" them. You check the clearance under the breather cover and pull the head, valves etc. and grind the end of the stem to get the correct clearance.

You sure the choke is fully closing ?
Clean sparkplug ? Good spark ?

well that explains why i couldn't find where to adjust them haha! Thanks, i'm still very much a rookie when it come to engine work
