Hey man. Sorry for the delayed response, I missed this thread. To answer your question, yes we do have steady employment for crew managers throughout the winter. We maintain the whole north side of the city (Brighton Heights, etc) so we have maintenance work down there all winter as well. It's not a hard gig, just a bit tedious at times.
