If you are ordering from gotprint, instead of ordering the 8 1/2 x 11 post card that is 14 point thickness, order the 8 1/2 x 11 FLYER that is 100lb gloss COVER, make sure not to order the 100lb gloss book, it is just to thin. The 100lb gloss cover is thick enough that it will work just fine for the EDDM but it will save a pretty nice chunk on printing and shipping costs.

If you have the sample pack from gotprint you will see that it is only 1 level thinner than the 14 point.

Been working for me this year and has helped me to save some money, while still getting good results.
