oh i looked at it. then shook my head. then just did it. sometimes your the skid steer with a flat tire and sometimes your the stubborn landscaper

I'd venture to say most of those leaves are from 3 properties. Wowzers.

Thanks! They are scattered through the thread. I have an echo pas 225 a srm 225 a stihl magnum 600 echo hedge trimmers and a husky and stihl chainsaw

On the lawn you just repaired What type of grass seed did you use? Starter fert? How long did it take to germinate oh and what did u prep the soil with

I prepped the soil by power raking off old and dead growth, raked out all of the loose topsoil (except one small area in the front that I added topsoil to) and this one needed aerated so I did that too. Overseeded with Pennstate mix (rye, fescue, bluegrass), starter fertilizer and top dressed with mushroom manure. germination started in 2-3 weeks and it took about 5-6 weeks for it to look like this. there are a few bare spots near the house that I will reseed in the spring

Results look good. With the seed blend do u know what percentage of each blend it is? With starter fert did you use triple 19 or triple 12?
