Where are they located and what state is their Corporation registered in? www.Sunbiz.org doesn't list them as a Florida Corporation. I alway Bulk a little at a Company I can't find any information on or are out of state. After all we both know Florida is the LAND OF SCAM. However some time we have to take a chance.

He said Texas, I am only finding a holding company by that name though. I found the guy on linkedIn and what he said about himself matches the profile but any body could get that info and use it. One of the properties is in a nice subdivision right across from one of my yearly contracts and was just cleaned up about a week ago so why aren't the guys who cleaned it up doing the maintenance ? maybe a crew came in from out of town, not sure.

Boy I would really be scared of that. The Clean out contractor must have had a bad experience. I would make sure to have a contract or deposit. He is in Texas and harder to get to. He might not be planning on selling the property real soon and can wait out a Lean. I have seen these real estate guys investers screw with the working class guy. In fact I have had personal experience with them.

I have had experience with AU Services LLC and was told they are in Georgia. We did work and have not been paid........I am interested in knowing what contact information you may have received for this company.

Sorry to hear, I made the decision, prior to doing any work for them that they were scammers. Dead give away for me was during my second conversation with them and I asked why he hadn't asked for certificate of workers comp. or liability insurance. His answer was that he had insurance, I laughed out loud, said good bye and hung up, he never called back and I deleted his phone and e-mail info. As a matter of fact just had another call today from a different company saying they had foreclosure properties in the area that needed cutting, very bizarre as the grass has definitely stopped growing on these type of unirrigated properties.
