Need a decent demand letter
All the google results sound so stupid. Anyone have a good one for a dead beat payer?

Just go over to the house and ask for your payment. Much harder to ignore the person than it is the person's letter.

im going tomorrow because i told them I was coming over tomorrow for the final payment but I wanted to have the demand letter to leave in case there is no one there and no check. Im expecting to go to small claims and they like to see a demand letter on file.
