Hmmm....2 5 pound racks of ribs...is that with all the fixins....???
I can prolly swing that...one 1 condition....NO FAT CHIX....

The CHIX won't be a problem--if we get a good stiff wind from the south, I'll follow Rob's advice, head south and chase the smoke.

Didn't mean to get defensive...
I still remember RestroRob's warning about those DaisyMae's he took a pic of sitting on his tailgate at the carshow...
They could inhale and turn 3 years of work into crumpled pile of steel...Mercy.....
A little good weather on my vacation next week and I might have that smoker ready to cook 70 racks at a time...

Now that's a easy one, I have one just like it hanging by my bench. Great for fishing fuel lines and filters out of 2 cycle equipment fuel tanks.
