I run unleaded fuel with stihls own oil mix. I've been doing that for years and never had a problem with my other stihl stuff.
I don't know what I could have possible done to screw it up.

try opening the fuel tank and closing it again. Then try to start it. It worked with my old BG55.

Sounds like a neat idea but I did hear some metal moving around in the engine when I pulled it. That was after the engine shut off and wouldn't start.

Also make sure it has spark. Take out the spark plug with the boot on, and pull the starter cord.
I am glad my new KM90R 4/mix has not done this to me.

They have had an issue with the coil coming loose and hitting the flywheel.
I have seen this on two brand new units. I still think this is the best backpack available. |

Interesting my echo 751 has need no maintenance in 7years. My husky has also needed no maintenance is 4 years and they get no special treatment. I run echo 2 stroke oil and always have, no starting issues ever! And i run 89 octane all the time.

We run all Stihl and Husky, we've had no problems from either, other than self inflicted stuff. We have two BR 600's and a BR380 and love them both. Thought about buying a Husky BP but they are just too heavy and akward.

Yeah I'm sure they well, they didn't get that big failing miserably at customer service. I'll probably drop it off near the end of the week or something.
How do you like Cutter Power Sales Greyst? I'm looking at picking up a scag there next year? They seem alright.
