Anyone still use belt drive walk behinds?

almost everyone around here uses belt-drive machines. You would have to really look hard to find a hydro walkbehind.
I owned a lawn equipment shop for a little over 4 years. We sold dozens of belt drive machines, but never sold even one hydro drive in those 4 years. Our two big competing stores don't sell any hydros either.

my main mower is a scag 36" belt drive. i love it, it gets into places that many big mowers cant and there is less that can go wrong. in my opinion, belt drive is the only way to go
