OK, With further checking I see that's N.L.A...... What appears to have happened is they (Kawi) changed starter vendors and therefore no longer have parts support for the old starter.

The new complete starter assembly is part # 99999-7080, Your only options are to find a used one or a dealer that has a old # drive assembly sitting on their shelf or replace with a new up-dated starter.....
