how do you do service calls if a strand was to go out?? and how would you charge for that?

I just do my usual few lawn customers which all live in my subdivision. If there are issues they are all within a block of my house, and I don't mind a little maintenance such as replacing a broken light or a fuse for free (my customers are all good friends and pay well). If it is major they will replace the strand/ pay for additional work.
