Big Fish, 100% on the top and middle tools. The bottom tool is a Wilton broken tap remover. The four fingers go down in to what is left of the broken tap and you can use a wrench to crank it out.

On the carb tool, I will just venture a guess it's splined internally and for Walbro carbs or if you want specific brands echo, or craftsman/poulan? I was digging around and evidently the tools are kind of elusive so I could not readily find an image to get more specific as to brand. I thought the indexing tabs gave that one away though.
I have been out of the repair end for a long time, and not up on current models. I did recognize the dial indicator mount. |
