I love my dually. Wouldnt change anything. Hopefully if everything goes as planned with the new company, i plan to get a Ram 5500 crewcab cab/chassis and put a flatbed on it.

Few pics of the two houses im working on bids to demo, remove all debris an fill in the lots. Plan is too get a buddy to come in and knock them down with his larger excavator, and we will come in and do the cleanup with a smaller excavator w/thumb and skidsteer w/grapple. I plan to sort through the debris and pick out anything that can be recycled.

what do normal demo's go for? 10k range?
Ive never done demo work and im sure its expensive to haul, dump and demolish. When my house was re-done i think we paid close to 15k for a 1800 sq foot house to be ripped down. Theres alot of money to be made in those if you are sitting on your ass the entire time, doing little labor intensive work.... correct?

demo one, My dad bought a new 1500 with the extended cab, leather, and a hemi. Its like a Cadillac on the inside but with a strong beefy chassis. definatly not a 2500 but still nice
