You don't actually think Dutch got your slab of ribs...there weren't any left by the time the mailman showed up... I got some of that secret special sauce on my fingers while I was attempting to close the styrofoam box...and it being so close to lunch and all.......

come in the was seized up. Make a long story short, what had happened was it some how ingested a peice of arrester screen. Funny thing is, is that I had removed the screen years before that you fine at the exit hole of the muffler. I shook the muffler and heard a rattle, and I HAD to cut it open. What I found was a second arrester screen built into the baffles of the muffler. Who knew. Since then, I give all the 2 cycle stuff the rattle test. Now I'll be adding the the 4 cycle mufflers too. This is a good thread, I hope you and some of the other 4 cycle gurus keep adding to it.

Piston pin keeper came out or "step" left at end of pin bore wasn't sufficient and pin worked it's way out. (some mfg have gone to only 1 keeper and not boreing all the way through the piston)
