restoring a old lesco

project for the winter.
i found this old lesco for sale $400 engine has been completely rebuild inside
i cut 1 big yard with it to see if anything is wrong with it. i mulched a big pile of leaves with it and didn't bog at all, so the engine solid. i have decided to tear mower apart, clean everything up, and touch up paint where needed, and my son(6 years old) wants to help. time to slap a wrench in his hand. i don't plan on putting alot of money into it, because it will be a back-backup mower. just needs couple of pistol grips and maybe a more appealing muffler. will be a fun father/son project.
