Holley used clutch head screws on some of their metering bodies. You see the screws used more often in aircraft applications.

1. Looks like what I use to move the spring loaded idler when installing my drive belt.
2. Saw chain file guides, used with a flat file to set the height of the "bumpers". |

that looks like a spindle puller/installer utilized when servicing spindles in the deck of the mower. It saves having to remove the spindles to change the bearings. That is my guess.
