Spend the time now to figure out how many lawns and other projects you can take on in one week. I didnt at the beginning and let me tell you, it is a MAJOR pain to do when you have 20 or 30 lawns to do each week, plus landscaping projects, and fixing your gear, ect... Just budget your time just as much as you would your money
Rule #1 no debt
Rule #2 WRITTEN business plan
Rule #3 budget your time
Rule #4 pay the rent cost, pay your helpers, pay bills, pay for gear, pay yourself. You are always the last person to get paid.
Rule #5 Get insurance and get licensed
Those are my rules, anyone else have any to add?
