Hello from Seattle

I am Ryan and have been cutting lawns for about 10 years on the side, having 2-10 customers along with a full time job. I would like to expand this up coming season, with about 20 customers. With a full time job it would be after work and weekends when i would work. I have a few questions.. I assume ill need a business license, but what about insurance? and what is the best way to go about getting a few more customers? I have just relied on fliers in the past, wasn't't sure if there was a better or more efficient way. Thank you any help is appreciated, Ryan
