How would you handle this corner? (hardscaping)

Thank you! This is my first time doing any type of stone work. Certainly not perfect or professional, but, it does the job well for the cost involved.

The drain is covered with landscape fabric, some pea gravel, and for now, just some 3/4" crushed stone. Drain will just flow into and down the driveway. Intent was to relieve pressure behind the wall.

That looks really nice! I just got done doing my first wall as well. But my corner doesn't look as nice as yours. All the way down the straight edge the blocks match up with the joints hitting half way of each block. Then I get to the corner and they start to change a little. Anyways. Great job!!!

Why did you not make a level top? It is the little things that make a difference. A lot of little things add up to the overall appearance of the project.
