It is funny how when you pay a man what he is worth how much more work that one man can do. We have half as many employees and trucks running as comparable sized companies in my area and do the same if not a little more work.

heh I only speak english.. Don't know a lick of spanish and I'll keep it that way. Understandably regions are different but we have our fair share of laborer's too. Never seen them bust out the bible for lunch though.. That's just creepy, you don't have to do that at lunch to prove to others and yourself that you are a good hearted person

I play indoor soccer every wednesday. I would get in a fight every game if I knew what they were saying lol

My main Forman is the assoc. Pastor at his church. Reading the Bible is not creepy, the world would be a better place if everyone did it. I supply each truck with a bible, if the guys in the truck don't want to read it that is fine, but it stays on the dash.

I tell them if they get lost, or need an answer crack the bible open and start reading.
