My 299 finally arrived
My 299d finally arrived, I thought I would snap some pics for you guys. Today was the first day I worked her, so far this is a nice machine plenty of power, the visibility out the rear is not horrible but not as good as my 289c.

I thot triple flange rollers back and front is the standard configure on the D's .

There is a back up camera option from Caterpillar you might want to look into, it's a real sweet system.

Nice machine. The two speed is great and I like how they protected the lights better. We do a lot of clearing and we have broke them a few times. Enjoy

To get the triple flange idlers we would of had to get the 15" wide tracks, cat would not put the triple flange withe the 18" wide tracks. I did not understand there reasoning on that one, my salesman fought like hell to get them to do it. 77 thousand was the price tag on this unit.
