From the pictures I'd offer $6-6,500 max.
Break down the used values for the stuff pictured - ztr maybe $2500, the rest including the trailer (which is heavily used) maybe an additional $2K. So you are up to maybe $4500 - and the accounts themselves aren't worth more than one month without signed contracts - so now you are up to a maximum of $6,500.00. Depending upon a whole bunch of variables you haven't listed I wouldn't go any higher.
