Currency's.

There have been talks of creating a Asian currency like the Euro. As well as one for the America's.

Of course there would likely need to be a complete collapse of the US Dollar for that to happen.

This also seems to be putting the brakes on that plan for the time being.

Well one thing I know is that the average Chinese student will place a much greater effort towards learning and education than North American students. They've kicked our ass at manufacturing, now we can look forward to being ***** slapped when it comes to the higher paying corporate jobs like accounting, lawyer, and doctor.
Try as they might however, North America and Europe will always win when it comes to design and innovation of new products.

I am sure I am missing a few things.
it seems China traveled and traded a lot then all of a sudden pulled back and became isolationist for many centuries
