Woah...some mowers have parts with recommended daily (8 hour) grease points and many have recommended intervals of 25 to 200 hours depending on the particular component. It really depends on the mower make/model.

thats true (walker), but for his scag, its usually a 50 - 100 hour interval.

My Exmark Turf Tracer HP needs daily grease of the front caster "bearings" and front caster wheels. The front caster bearings are really just bushings and go dry quickly. Greasable spindles are another grease point that may need pretty frequent attention, especially older/worn ones. Levers and such are less critical.
