How to upload/post a picture

WOW! That was wrong again! I swear this is a pic from my work!

I'm not seeing the Attach File or Browse button...all I'm seeing is
Manage Attachments"....and do I have to reply to "your message"....any help is appreciated. Thanks

Manage Attachments is correct. Click on that then scroll down and you can upload your image.

Yeah, use the app photobucket. Upload a picture to photobucket and Form the app copy the IMG code. Now when you go to add an attachment, it will say to upload from an URL, paste the IMG code link into that box and Hit upload.
