Real Gems
I stopped for lunch today at a Carl's Jr. (Hardees for you folks east of the Rockies), look to my left, and spotted this atrocity. If this wasn't bad enough, whatever LCO did this- cut all these kinds of bushes like that. There's quite a few of these large bushes throughout the parking lot. Not sure which company did this, but I'd be mad as all can be if I was the one paying these guys to maintain this shopping center. Anyone else spot any similar gems lately?

i think they need to be removed completely. they are too big to be planted somewhere like that. it just needs to be small bushes like the others in the pic.

Looks like that's only as high as the little guy could reach.

Maybe they asked for a 7 and 5 and said no to a "shape up"

Not sure what/where that is. This was in Ceres, CA at a Staples shopping center.

As odd as it sounds I have had customers want that type of crap..

Exactly......contact calls for keeping limbs/bushes from hitting cars. Nothing in contracts addressing shaping. That is a billable item.
