So it keeps track of outgoing emails but not when then respond to you? What good is that? Kind of stupid if you ask me.

Im feeling kind of deflated at the moment. The videos got me all pumped up and now Im not sure if it barely does half of what they say it will do.

I would guess alot of people take that 30 day refund after they find out it doesnt do what they say.

Im still leaning towards signing up but will think about it a little longer.

I actually just called them, once again got voice mail.

I think it does job scheduling really well. I think it does billing 95% good, with minor blips here and there...some of those blips have messed up my A/R but that was a few years ago.

Anthing else besides billing or scheduling i think it does a poor job on. For most small LCO it will work just fine as is. but as you grow (which i am doing rapidly) its missing parts that need to be in there. I find it really hard to belive that jonathan runs a good, large, landscaping company and ouly uses this software. I found 10 errors in 10 mins on the big update. having a good time clock system can not frankly be that difficult. I have an app on my phone that i paid $4.00 that is better. keeping employees time is a big part of being an owner. the snow portion is terrible. might as well look for other software for that. and they really do a poor job of managing contracts. frankly I have paided well over 4-5k with them in 3 years, its time they start bringing more to the table as their promo videos suggest.

I have meet johnathan and his team of developers. He does have a large company and they use the same version of SA. It is a tuff software to build online thats why there are not many chiices out there. He lives and breathes SA.

i do get the impression Jonothan is sincere and passionate about service autopilot. Its too bad that he has not been able to deliver everything that has been promised because that will be awesome software when it does.

What are you meaning by "manage employees"? They have a clock in/out feature but they do not offer payroll services directly - just helps time tracking.

The clock in and out feature doesn't work. It doesn't add the hours up correctly. So I wouldn't use it to do any type of pay roll report.

Not sure what you mean by manage employees. It does keep their personal info, like name, phone, address.

It does not keep track of days off or being late to work or write ups.

I have been 100% ready to sign up for sap until I read through this last bunch of posts. Mi feel like they're over promising a bit and slow to keep up. Sounds like jobber may be catching up some.

Anybody able to push me off the fence now...either way?
