Thats awesome, nice work!! Some guy on here said he lives in a 1400 house development and mows like 4 lawns an hour at $20 a pop. Good money in high volume but lots of work. I only do about 10 lawns a day but average much higher per lawn.

Yup, with the larger lawns I spend about 45 mins. to an hour at each. Thats what happens when you live in the country and everyone has a large yard.

Doing only upscale neighborhoods and people who care about their lawn we average $65 a cut 30 cuts per day per crew. What really helps is getting 5-6 lawns on the same street. And NEVER mow someones lawn if they care less about it than you do. The absolute best way to raise your average per cut, and get free advertising is learn to stripe. Our motto is "We're not the cheapest, and we can prove it."

I average 25 for residential, have no commercials and do four in town pastures (all under an acre) at an average of 65 a mow. However this year new customers are getting 30 a mow for average sized homes.

There are some serious low ballers here. I stick to my 35/man hour and pray people don't notice the competition is cheaper. Frankly, I do a better job, but lots of people just care about price.

I'd say around $30...maybe slightly less. I don't have a single yard that takes more than 30 minutes. Most take 20 minutes. Tight route...$60/hr including windshield time.
