Routing Software

Looking for routing software that would allow any technician to grab the lap top and go. I would like to be able to enter in 400+ accounts and be able to use the shop as a starting point. I would like to have the closest accounts to the shop appear and mapped, eliminating these accounts as they are done as the days go on. What routing software is everyone else using?

I've used real green and love it.. it allows ne to group stops together, routes them from the shop back to the shop and prints the invoices in that order.. Also allows you to pull those invoices on a specific time interval like everyone that hasn't had a service in 42 days..
