What are some examples of going rates recently?

Post emergent application per sq ft?

Pre emergent application per sq ft?

How much extra do you charge for a basic roundup app; beds + hard walks?

Any help or other suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks.

I would price out your own cost of doing biz, that is foolproof.
Otherwise you are going to want rates for people around you. Me giving you my price/K isn't going to do you much good as I am not in your market.

That is a good point. I am doing a free application to a family friend and I plan on measuring coverage + costs + labor.

If you don't mind, humor me with what you charge for a basic post emergent application on a 1/2 acre lot? (Estimate or w/e).

Thanks for your response, do you mean 21,780 SF of lawn surface coverage or a 1/2 acre size property lot?

That is horrible advice, please stay out of my threads with inadequate responses.

I'm not some 1 man crew desperate for business, just inexperienced in herbicide/pesticide pricing.

The same way you would price a squirt and fert.
