3500lb axles
If I have a 7x17 aluminum with 2 3500 lb axles If I have the usual lawn care equipment and a 1200lb zturn and two trim mowers. Will I risk bending the axles??????

Nope. With two of them that gives you 7000 pounds. WIth an aluminum trailer and the Z you have plenty of capacity.

3500lb axles
I was just looking at another thread where someone said the had a trailer 16' or 18'. And bent the axles. Uneven ware on the tires

Have you noticed that with your tires?
Trailer axles have a camber them. In that the axle tube arcs. That is normal. When you're loader or your trailer is loaded the arc flattens out. As far as uneven wear, that could be damage to the axle, or the axle is not lined up properly. It could be some other factor.

Assuming his trailer is rated for 7,000 lbs, he can unevenly load his trailer to the point that he can exceed the rated axle weight of 3,500 lbs by having too much weight on the front or too much weight towards the rear of the trailer.

Wouldn't having too much weight on the front cause the front of the trailer and back of the truck to dip excessively? And too much rear weight causes the rig to sway at speed?

In theory, maybe. In reality your trailer will not handle well at all. Besides tandem axles are close together and weight is bridged out.

Youll be fine. I see hacks around here riding around with 2 Z's on a single axle

I say yes too, until you run off the road at 55 mph and the trailer runs though a pot hole and then bends an axle. So I guess my answer would be no.
