No issues with the apartments. There is a canal behind the shop separating it from the apartments. Another plus, my heavy equipment mechanics shop is three buildings down.

Do you ever regret leaving the police force around here a 5 years in the force they getting like 100k per year

Up here in NY everything is so expensive warehouse like that it would cost you around 3k

If I had a lawn care business, I sure as hell wouldn't be advertising to people that i'm keeping my stuff there. A little sign on the fence maybe, but nothing on the building identifying it as the place your stuff is probably stored in.
