Securing weed eater

Does anyone know where I can order those little metal pieces that attach to the shaft of the weed eater? They are the same pieces that you would hook a shoulder strap to. I doubt I explained that very well but any help??

I've got the cheap black trimmer racks. I use the pins that came with them on one side and a lock with a long shackle on each of them on the other side of the rack. I want to mount the piece so I can run the shackle of the lock through the metal piece. It will serve as a stopper for the trimmers so they don't keep spinning in the rack.
