Check for Lymes disease

I got my results from some blood tests from a month ago and it shows positive for Lymes disease. The test was the basic test,,, and was not the definitive test which costs $800. I will get the $800 test if my doctor suggests I take it. I have had lethargy for many years. I am 46 years old. My doctor thinks I got it a long time ago. I started mowing lawns in 82 when I was yet a teenager. Before that my family had a large dairy farm and maybe I got it while living there. I have had several other health problems all my life so I think that is why I am only finding out now about Lymes.
