My prices are based off of what my business needs to make and what profit I want to take in. If a job costs 1K to do, it cost 1K. Doesn't matter to me who has the money, the biggest house or the most money, as long as they have it when the job is done so I can get paid, I'm happy.

The prices Varrie alot in Just my city the part I live in a 2500 sf home is 350-400k about 15-20 mins away their 800-1.2 mill for the same sz

If you know who lives there and know how much he's worth ,do you feel that you should charge more?

True,but you see a lot of guys here saying they want to deal with homes over a certain amount.Doesn't mean your going to make more.

First house, depending on the location, 200-250k, second (also depending on location) 600-700k or so. So hard to say from the pictures. Also like I said location is a big deal.

here the first one would be about 700 k and the second would be closer to 2 million.

you really cant compare houses that are in different areas. we like the bigger houses, as we are set up for them
