Not MHs, usualy 2-3 guys depending on the beds and their location. Some beds I can spread 10 yds an hour by myself, they are wide open in the middle of the parking lot.

Thats the link the for the book. Its also where I was finally able to find JR Hustons Excel CD as well. I advise buying both authors books. As far as actual production rates, its going to always vary based on the "work ethic" of your employees. I'm in the process of doing the same thing as you are and the best answer I've found is simply keep detailed data of how fast your crew performs a particular task.
