August is in his first week in the Army. He sent a note. I guess he is waiting for basic training to start. He is spending his days staring at a wall. I guess it is a little tough. He wants basic to start.

So I will email a list of properties today to consider. If we only have 4-6, we don't want to pay for a place that holds 12. And here is the kicker - I may not be able to go. Family, financial, and injury issues have all come up. So if there is not enough interest, do we put it off?

My personal thought for resort(s), are Brighton and Solitude. Very close to each other, a little more off the beaten path but still only 35 miles from the SLC airport. Brighton has some night skiing, and their lift ticket prices are cheaper than the big resorts. 500"+ typical snowfall.
