Hey bro, get a soil moisture probe....to eliminate at least the moisture problem...then eliminate as many of below...
Order to eliminate problems... Water issue Insect Fungus or disease Soil issue You can get asoil moisture sensor add on to your system that will help with watering...it will allow you to runiirrigation only when needed...call an irrigator to install
