moving a business

Well my parents moved down south to the beach and they have been on me to move too. I am seriously considering it but I am well established where I an just being a year or so on my own. I know there is potential to make good money there but still what to do? Has anybody ever relocated their business and done good? I will be applying for a steady job and secure one before we go but wow is this crap scary! Throw your comments my way good or bad.
