Oh ok, yeah the gas is good, same engine as the diesel just the gas difference. Fuel consumption is surprisingly really close too. Its just that on one hand I would prolly rather have a $1000 2013 Briggs Professional motor than even a 97 Kubota diesel I guess is a good way of putting it. Much cheaper to fix and prolly better chance of less breakdowns. I see alot of good new redesigned mowers out there for the $4000. Some even semi commercial at that price too. Can you tell Im bored this time of year...lol?

That's understandable. I just have to stay within my $4000 budget and I'd like to get the most for my money.

My 4 acres are almost all hilly. My back yard is small and slopes downhill. My front yard is large and also has a stepped slope downhill. My yard is also very rough. I'm afraid a lighter duty ZTR is going to wear out on me quickly.
